Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy

This Refund, Cancellation & Appointment Policy (the “Policy”) applies to appointments and orders with StratElite Holdings, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Texas Notary & Apostille Group (“TNAG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It is incorporated into our Website Terms of Service. By booking an appointment or placing an order, you agree to this Policy.

1. Your fee reserves time and is earned on arrival

Your payment reserves the notary’s time, availability, and travel for your appointment. The fee is earned when the notary arrives for your appointment or, for remote online notarization, connects for your scheduled session.

2. Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel at least twenty-four (24) hours before your appointment and receive a credit toward a future appointment. Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the appointment, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

3. Appointments that cannot be completed

A notary is legally prohibited from completing an improper or incomplete notarization. If your appointment cannot be completed because you do not have your documents ready, present an invalid or expired identification, provide incorrect or incomplete information, or the required witnesses or additional signers are not present, the appointment is considered rendered and the fee is non-refundable. We will always tell you what is needed in advance so this can be avoided.

4. Non-refundable pass-through and third-party charges

  • Government, consular, and other authority fees are non-refundable once a document has been submitted, regardless of outcome.

  • Remote online notarization platform and identity-verification fees are non-refundable once the session has begun.

  • Travel and mobile zone fees are non-refundable once the notary is en route.

  • Shipping and courier charges already incurred are non-refundable.

5. Appointment time and additional charges

Each appointment is allotted time based on the document type. If your documents require more time, additional documents, or added information, the additional time is billed at $25.00 per 15 minutes, and we will notify you before any additional charge applies. Witness Service, after-hours or emergency service, printing, and additional-signer charges are billed as posted.

6. How refunds and credits are issued

Approved refunds or credits are issued to the original payment method or as an account credit toward a future appointment, at our discretion, and are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Credits do not expire for twelve (12) months from issuance unless otherwise stated.

7. Chargebacks

By booking, you agree to this Policy and agree to contact us at orders@texasnotaryandapostille.com to resolve any concern before initiating a payment dispute. Fees for services that were rendered or forfeited under this Policy are final. We will contest unwarranted chargebacks and, in doing so, may present this Policy, your booking record and acknowledgment, identity and appointment logs, and, for remote online notarization, the session record permitted by law.

8. How to reschedule or cancel
