CJ Wilson leads Texas Notary & Apostille Group with a background in executive operations, enterprise governance, procurement, risk management, and strategic transformation across regulated sectors.
Her career spans financial infrastructure, fintech, government, technology governance, vendor management, and compliance-driven service design. She brings extensive experience managing global programs, optimizing complex vendor ecosystems, and aligning service delivery with regulatory, operational, and contractual requirements.
Before founding the Group, CJ led large-scale transformation and governance initiatives across more than 50 countries, with responsibility for multi-billion-dollar spend portfolios and complex cross-functional execution.
Her leadership has consistently focused on reducing operational risk, strengthening governance, improving accountability, and building scalable service models for environments where accuracy and control matter.
