CJ Wilson leads Texas Notary & Apostille Group with a background in executive operations, enterprise governance, and strategic transformation across regulated sectors. Her career spans fintech, financial infrastructure, government contracting, and compliance-driven service design. She brings deep experience managing global programs, optimizing vendor ecosystems, and aligning service delivery with regulatory requirements across legal, financial, and public safety environments. Before founding the Group, CJ led large-scale transformation initiatives across 50+ countries with responsibility for multi-billion-dollar spend portfolios and cross-functional execution. Her leadership has consistently focused on reducing operational risk, strengthening compliance systems, and building scalable service models for high-stakes environments. Under her direction, Texas Notary & Apostille Group operates with a professional governance framework and documented controls. The firm serves corporate legal teams, government clients, and private stakeholders who require more than just a stamp—clients who need trusted document handling with built-in oversight and accountability.
